1. Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note, the following cannot be returned:
- Sarees that have been washed, worn, or altered.
- Customized or personalized orders.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may place a new order for the item of your choice.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a saree that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product. We will arrange a full replacement or refund.
6. How to Initiate a Return
